About the role
Renmoney is seeking a proactive Field Recovery Officer to lead on‑site collection efforts and engage directly with customers who have overdue accounts. You will implement recovery strategies, negotiate repayment plans and contribute to continuous improvement of the debt management process while ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Contact defaulting customers in the field and recover overdue debts.
- Assess financial situations and negotiate realistic repayment plans.
- Monitor and update repayment schedules in the recovery system.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance debt management strategies.
- Ensure all recovery activities adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- Deliver high‑quality service aligned with Renmoney’s values and customer care standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in collections, field recoveries, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of debt recovery principles and relevant legal processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with some ambiguity.
