About the role
Bags Warehouse Nigeria is seeking an experienced, confident, and customer‑focused Fashion Retail Floor Supervisor to lead its sales team, deliver exceptional in‑store experiences and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customers' needs, preferences, occasions, personal styles, and budgets, and recommend suitable products.
- Lead the sales team in delivering excellent in‑store experiences and coach representatives on product knowledge, styling, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Host regular TikTok and Instagram Live sales sessions and collaborate with the media team to create relatable store content.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, work towards agreed targets and provide management feedback on customer preferences and sales opportunities.
Required profile
- Previous supervisory or senior sales experience in fashion retail.
- Good knowledge of women's fashion and accessories.
- Creativity, social media awareness and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Availability to work full‑time, including weekends and peak shopping periods, and residence in Ikeja or nearby areas.
Required skills
- Consultative selling, cross‑selling, upselling and customer retention techniques.
