About the role
We are seeking a diligent Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our Port Harcourt facility. The role ensures accurate record‑keeping, efficient workflow, and timely delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely output.
- Coordinate production processes and track progress against set targets.
- Follow up with customers on sales‑related activities, orders, and enquiries.
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of customer service.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
- Ability to monitor production activities and ensure accountability.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
- Experience with record management systems.
