About the role
The Brewing Artisan is responsible for maintaining, repairing and optimising the brewing plant and its associated equipment to ensure high availability and product quality while controlling costs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, healthy, risk‑free working environment.
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and associated devices.
- Operate and maintain all machines involved in the brewing process.
- Optimise plant, process equipment and systems for efficiency.
- Standby duty as per roster to address urgent issues.
Required profile
- OND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment.
- Experience in a brewery or brewing plant is advantageous.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong self‑management.
Required skills
- Mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Plant maintenance and repair.
- Technical problem‑solving.
- Training and mentoring of operators.
