Facility Manager / Floor Lead - Park Operations

About the role

TalentForge Solutions is looking for a warm, hands-on and responsible Facility Manager / Floor Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a park in Abuja. The successful candidate keeps the park safe, clean, well maintained, organised and ready for guests, supervises service providers, carries out routine checks, keeps accurate records and interacts professionally with visitors. The position is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily park and floor operations so that routine tasks are done according to established SOPs.
• Supervise cleaners, gardeners and other service providers.
• Carry out daily checks of the grounds, facilities, lighting, plants, drains and general environment.
• Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate with licensed vendors for repairs or services.
• Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance, grounds, event readiness and visitor feedback.
• Interact warmly and professionally with visitors, give basic information about the park and collect feedback.
• Support light visitor engagement and park promotion without hard selling or closing sales.
• Provide regular photo-based reports showing completed tasks and the condition of the facility.
• Prepare the park for events, peak periods and other scheduled activities and address issues affecting the visitor experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in facility supervision, floor management, estate supervision, hotel operations, park operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning, gardening, maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow written SOPs and keep accurate records.
• Comfortable supervising staff and working independently with good attention to detail.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of N300,000.
• Staff quarters provided.
• Award bonus of up to N100,000.
