Experienced Marketer

About the role

Aspire West Africa is seeking an Experienced Marketer to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns for its events, leadership forums, awards and development initiatives. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Lekki, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for a portfolio of high‑impact programmes.
• Manage brand messaging and create compelling content for digital and offline channels.
• Oversee social media and email campaigns, monitor performance metrics and produce analytical reports.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent campaign delivery.
• Support market research, audience segmentation and stakeholder engagement to expand reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives, preferably in leadership, development or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive marketing content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Lekki and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with the African business, policy and innovation landscape is a plus.
