About the role
Baams Creatives Ltd is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across key platforms. You will shape the brand’s voice, create engaging visual content, and drive audience growth for our retail, fashion and FMCG products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, edit and publish photo and video content on Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Maintain the content calendar and actively engage with the online community.
- Monitor trends, support marketing campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and produce reports to improve visibility, engagement, leads and sales.
Required profile
- Minimum a degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing social media for brands.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Photo editing and video editing capabilities.
