Content Specialist

About the role

The Content Specialist will create, manage, and optimise digital content that supports Clearerpay’s brand, products, and customer‑education initiatives. You will work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure information is clear, accurate, and aligned with the company’s tone of voice.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit web pages, blog posts, product descriptions, and FAQs.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop content that explains features and supports campaigns.
• Plan and execute content calendars, keeping material up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong web content writing and editing abilities.
• Experience in content strategy and content management.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and an understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Relevant experience in fintech, financial services, or digital product environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High attention to detail, ability to prioritise multiple projects, and commitment to inclusive, accessible content.
