Creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital content for multiple brands. The role is based in Lagos Island and requires a strong portfolio of original videos, graphics, and social media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies across several brands.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create short‑form and long‑form content for social platforms, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional assets.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and marketing copy.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and grow online communities.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce monthly analytics reports with improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Reside on Lagos Island or within reasonable commuting distance to Ikota (Lekki‑Ajah).
• Minimum two years of experience creating digital content and managing business social media accounts.
• Highly creative with a strong portfolio of original content, videos, and campaigns.
• Excellent scriptwriting, copywriting, storytelling, and content planning abilities.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera, directing shoots, and coordinating production.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and content schedules with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategies.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing for social media.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with at least one professional editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Photoshop.
• Hands‑on experience growing communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
