About the role

The Bourdillon Hotel & Apartment is seeking an experienced receptionist to manage guest interactions, reservations and front‑desk operations in Abuja.

Key responsibilities

Make and confirm reservations, allocate rooms and register guests.
Check guests in and out, close accounts and process payments.
Issue room keys, maintain accurate booking records and compute guest billings.
Handle guest queries in person and by phone, and transmit messages.
Inform housekeeping of vacated rooms and monitor hotel visitors.
Enforce hotel policies and keep the front desk area orderly.

Required profile

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good knowledge of eZee hospitality hotel software.
Ability to perform any other duties assigned by management.

What we offer

Salary N50,000 – N100,000 per month.
Service charge after 3 months.
