About the role

Footy Homes and Properties helps clients find land to build their dream homes, offering plots from tranquil retreats to well-connected urban locations. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Experience Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager in Ibadan. The role oversees property sales, manages client relationships and guides buyers through site visits, negotiations and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee property sales activities and manage client relationships
• Guide prospective buyers through site visits, negotiations and closing
• Develop and run marketing strategies for land and property listings, including online campaigns, offline promotions and community outreach
• Supervise the sales team and track performance metrics
• Prepare reports and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
• Work with management to find new market opportunities, refine pricing strategies and improve the client experience

Required profile

• Relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in land or property development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Ibadan, travel for client meetings and site visits, and adapt to a dynamic market
