Executive Driver

About the role

Arowolo Group of Companies Ltd is hiring a full-time, on-site Executive Driver based in Abuja. The driver safely transports company executives and guests to meetings, events and other official engagements, ensuring punctuality and a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Transport executives and guests to meetings, events and official engagements
• Inspect vehicles daily, clean them and carry out routine maintenance checks
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage and scheduled services
• Plan routes, monitor traffic and road conditions, and comply with road safety regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and assist with errands and logistics support when needed

Required profile

• Proven experience as a corporate, executive or professional driver, preferably in a structured organization
• Minimum of secondary school education (SSCE or equivalent); professional driving or safety certifications are an advantage
• Clean driving record and familiarity with road safety and traffic regulations
• Ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing schedules and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Required skills

• Strong driving skills, including defensive driving, and a valid driver's license for the vehicle class
• Good knowledge of Abuja road networks and traffic patterns
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Professional conduct, reliability, punctuality, discretion and neat appearance
• Effective communication and respectful interaction with executives, colleagues and external stakeholders
• Basic record-keeping for trips, service schedules and fuel usage
