Store Keeper

About the role

Asfaro Apartment in Abuja is hiring a Store Keeper on a full-time basis. The role covers receiving, storing and issuing goods and materials, keeping accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and materials.
• Store items safely and systematically to prevent damage or loss.
• Issue materials and supplies according to approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of replenishment needs.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization and housekeeping of the store.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or store management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and numerical accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Inventory and stock management, record keeping and documentation.
• Organization, planning, time management and communication skills.
