About the role

A construction company is looking for a motivated, detail-focused Content Creator and Social Media Management Assistant to strengthen its marketing and digital presence. You will produce content, manage social media channels, showcase construction projects and promote services to attract new business. The role suits a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who is passionate about digital marketing, multimedia content and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Produce media assets such as photography, videography, graphics, captions and short-form video clips highlighting construction services and projects.
• Oversee daily social media management on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Plan and maintain a content schedule for consistent, timely posting.
• Document site activities, track project milestones, photograph completed structures and capture company events.
• Edit images and video with professional software and write clear, on-brand copy.
• Engage the audience, respond to inquiries and direct complex issues to the right team members.
• Promote services to drive lead generation and research trends, hashtags and strategies for construction and real estate.
• Analyse metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and lead inquiries to compile basic performance reports.
• Partner with management and project teams, uphold brand accuracy and support online marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work on construction sites to capture high-quality visuals.
