About the role

Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online growth initiatives. You will shape and execute digital strategies that drive brand awareness, generate high‑quality leads, and support the sales team in the competitive real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Generate, nurture, and optimise leads for the sales team.
• Create content strategies that position Yemsays as a trusted real‑estate brand.
• Track performance metrics, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Identify new digital growth opportunities and market trends.
• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate, property, finance, hospitality or other sales‑driven sectors.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and manage leads through digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, SEO and analytics.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort interpreting performance numbers.
• Excellent communication, creativity and strategic thinking.
• Independent, ownership‑focused and results‑oriented.
