It is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Instructor in Agege, who must be present in the classroom regularly and take part in student support and academic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons on core digital marketing topics such as social media marketing, content strategy, online advertising and analytics.
• Prepare course materials and teach classes.
• Guide learners through hands-on projects and assess their performance, giving constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the academy team to refine curricula, integrate industry best practices and keep training aligned with current market needs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and training skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and facilitate interactive learning.
• Solid marketing and social media marketing skills, including practical experience planning and running digital marketing campaigns.
• Sales and customer engagement skills, with an understanding of how digital channels support lead generation and conversion.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing instruction, corporate training or mentoring in a technology or business setting.
• A degree or professional certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management tools, analytics dashboards, ad managers).
• Strong organisational skills and lesson planning ability.
• Familiarity with learning management systems or online teaching tools.
