Creative Project & Content Coordinator

About the role

Thrivline is a multidisciplinary creative house that combines brand development and strategy with content production and digital marketing. The Creative Project & Content Coordinator keeps client projects and content output moving from brief to delivery, working between the strategists, creatives and clients so that every project has a clear plan and every piece of content ships on time. The role reports to the Head of Projects / Creative Director and is based in Abuja on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content shoots and production days, from call sheets to equipment and locations
• Build and manage content calendars for Thrivline and its clients
• Keep several projects running smoothly and meet deadlines

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to stay organised, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Nice to have: hands-on experience on content shoots or production sets, and a degree or recent completion in Communications, Media, Marketing or a related field

Required skills

• Web content writing and content management
• Content strategy and basic understanding of digital marketing
• Proficiency with office and collaboration tools such as email, documents, spreadsheets and project management platforms (e.g. Notion, Asana or Trello)
• Nice to have: basic design or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar) and familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
