Digital Marketer – Hybrid (Mid‑Senior) – Manage 5 Instagram Pillar Pages

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑senior level Digital Marketer to own and grow five distinct Instagram pillar pages for a premium creative studio. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site at our Lagos studio and two days remote, allowing you to blend strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the content calendar for all five Instagram pages.
• Schedule, publish, and optimise posts to maximise reach and engagement.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google.
• Handle community management, respond to DMs, qualify leads and nurture relationships.
• Track performance metrics, produce weekly reports and monthly insights.
• Identify emerging trends, hooks and content angles before they peak.
• Collaborate closely with editors, cinematographers and the content director.
• Test, learn and scale successful tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably at a mid‑senior level.
• Proven track record of scaling Instagram pages.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Instagram Insights, Meta Suite and GA4.
• Portfolio of Instagram pages you have grown (mandatory for review).
• Ability to juggle multiple brand voices without compromising quality.
