Special Channel Manager

About the role

Jade Allen Consulting is seeking a dynamic Special Channel Manager to expand its presence in non‑traditional wellness and health outlets across Nigeria. You will lead the identification, onboarding, and activation of unique sales channels, ensuring our product portfolio reaches new consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard non‑traditional sales outlets such as PPMVs, fitness centres, sports clubs, beauty spas, supermarkets, corporate wellness accounts and niche associations.
• Sponsor and anchor high‑traffic wellness events, sports tournaments, corporate health days and beauty expos.
• Secure strategic partnerships and close commercial agreements with prospective channels.
• Design and execute experiential activations, including pop‑up trials, sampling booths and health activations.
• Introduce the product portfolio into non‑conventional point‑of‑sale environments and ensure optimal stock levels and premium placement.
• Provide field coaching and leadership to the Marketing Executive team.
• Collaborate with Marketing on channel‑specific campaigns, POS materials and conduct field audits for brand visibility.
• Track ROI on specialized campaigns, deliver performance metrics, revenue forecasts and market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biological Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive sales/marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing field sales teams.
• Experience in FMCG, wellness, pharmaceutical or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong command of CRM software.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
