Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies for Allison Rich S&R Ltd. Based in Abuja’s Marina district, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and cultivate new markets, customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and present findings to management.
• Negotiate sales agreements on behalf of senior management.
• Carry out additional marketing duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND (Higher National Diploma) in a related field.
• At least 3 years (36 months) of relevant experience in marketing or sales.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
