Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

SkywardOps is a technology consulting company that helps enterprises scale securely and efficiently in the cloud, offering bespoke cloud scalability solutions, modern DevOps practices and software development services. It is hiring a full-time remote Customer Service Representative to support clients using its technology and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone or chat
• Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate complex technical questions to the right teams
• Ensure a positive customer experience by giving clear information, tracking support requests and following up until resolved
• Document interactions in the CRM system and collect feedback to improve services
• Work with operations, technical and account management teams to keep customer satisfaction high

Required profile

• Demonstrated customer service and support skills, handling inbound inquiries and resolving issues
• Ability to deliver timely, accurate responses and solve problems effectively
• Experience improving customer experience, including active listening, empathy and clear communication
• Background with Customer Service Representatives in a technology, SaaS or consulting environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, communications or IT support are a plus

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication in English, with a professional, customer-focused tone
• Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet, good time management and independent work
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce or HubSpot is beneficial
