About the role
Xugong Nigeria Company Limited (Xcmg) is hiring a Customer Service Officer in Lagos, Marina. The role covers answering customer queries across several channels, providing product information and keeping records of interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer multi-channel queries by phone, email, chat or in person.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and availability.
- Guide users toward online resources and self-service tools.
- De-escalate complaints calmly to reach win-win solutions for unhappy clients.
- Log daily interactions with detailed client notes in CRM software.
- Track metrics such as customer retention, response times and daily complaint volume.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (BSc).
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
