About the role
B.Y Mafit Ltd is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role covers answering customer calls, opening new accounts and recommending products, with a preference for female candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions, and resolve them to the best of your ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and handle complaints calmly
- Open new customer accounts
- Recommend products that meet customers' needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers when necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data from customer interactions
Required profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a customer service officer
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening
- Excellent communication, presentation and multitasking skills
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of people
