About the role
Ellasot Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Port Harcourt. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, providing product information, handling inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally, providing accurate product and service information.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and actively drive sales.
- Handle complaints, inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management and report shortages.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
- Proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
