Partnership Coordinator

About the role

The Partnership Coordinator will manage vendor outreach, coordinate onboarding processes, and maintain clear communication between Thankyz Record and its partners. This full‑time remote position supports the founder in tracking integrations and ensuring smooth vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls, follow‑ups, and ongoing meetings with data, credit‑bureau, debit, and API providers.
• Explain products and services in clear, professional English and gather pricing, volume tiers, technical requirements, onboarding documents, and timelines.
• Draft outreach emails, meeting agendas, and post‑call summaries, then track each open vendor in a simple list.
• Prepare forms and agreements for founder review, manage redlines, and follow up until integration paths are clear.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to convey information without jargon.
• Proven experience speaking with clients or vendors on calls, not just email.
• Self‑starter who follows through without repeated prompts and knows when to seek founder approval.
• Comfortable working remotely, keeping written records of all conversations, and using a laptop with stable internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Ability to join video meetings with camera on.

What we offer
