About the role
The Sales & Customer Service Officer will handle customer orders, invoicing and daily sales records while providing timely assistance to enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Generate invoices using the company's computer system and maintain proper sales documentation.
- Reconcile daily sales records and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate record‑keeping of orders, invoices, and daily sales activities.
Required profile
- HND in any relevant discipline.
- Female candidate aged 30 years and above.
- Computer‑literate and comfortable using basic office software.
- Strong numerical, organisational, and record‑keeping skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Resides in or around Ada George, Port Harcourt.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, starting at 8:00 AM.
