Customer Service Officer

About the role

Staffora Global is hiring a Customer Service Officer in Abuja (Marina) to handle customer enquiries, orders and complaints across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels. The role works closely with the bakery and dispatch teams to make sure orders are fulfilled on time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels, giving accurate information on products, prices, availability, delivery options and promotions.
• Receive, process and confirm orders accurately, then follow up on them and keep customers informed of their status.
• Handle complaints, feedback and service concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to the right team.
• Coordinate with the bakery and dispatch teams to resolve order issues and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, orders, complaints and feedback, and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or retail is preferred; entry-level candidates are considered.
• A minimum of SSCE or higher qualification is an advantage.
• Must be able to commute conveniently to Guzape, Abuja.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and good telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Patient, polite and professional approach to complaints, with the ability to multitask and follow up on outstanding enquiries.
