About the role

Arete Wood Limited is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role covers preparing sales materials, coordinating with clients and the sales team, handling correspondence, shipping and delivery, and answering customer questions.

Key responsibilities

Prepare sales materials for meetings and trade shows
Coordinate schedules with clients and sales team members
Handle client correspondence
Coordinate shipping and delivery
Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Customer-service oriented

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
