Performance Digital Marketer – Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

About the role

Waveman Integrated Solutions Limited is looking for a creative and analytical Performance Digital Marketer to design and run customer acquisition campaigns for its technology and digital services, including hotspot internet, IT solutions and digital payments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Develop lead‑generation strategies using WhatsApp, landing pages and lead forms.
• Build and manage marketing funnels that convert enquiries into paying customers.
• Set up lead tracking, follow‑up processes and weekly performance reports.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing and optimise cost per lead and acquisition costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and WhatsApp marketing.
• Understanding of sales funnels, landing pages and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
