Creative Media & Content Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a leading non‑profit in education and social impact, is looking for a Creative Media & Content Coordinator to design and deliver high‑quality multimedia assets across digital and traditional channels. The role blends creative production with strategic communication to amplify the organisation’s brand, showcase impact, and support fundraising and advocacy efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce graphics, videos, photographs, animations and written content for social media, website, newsletters, campaigns and presentations.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars, schedule posts and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written materials, creating infographics, branded templates and campaign assets.
• Coordinate media coverage and support events, capturing activities through photography and videography.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate programme outcomes into compelling stories for donors, volunteers and the public.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in media production, content creation or communications within the non‑profit or education sector.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling ability to turn complex programmes into engaging narratives.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Video editing and animation software.
• Professional photography and image editing.
• Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and platform analytics.
• Content Management Systems and basic HTML.
