Creative Analysts Associate

About the role

The Creative Associate plays a key part in shaping and executing the organization's visual identity and content strategy, enhancing its brand presence across digital channels, campaigns and events. The role turns strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives while keeping strict brand standards, driving innovation in content creation through high-quality design and multimedia production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate events and internal presentations.
• Produce graphic materials such as digital graphics, flyers, banners, infographics, pitch decks, newsletters and web content.
• Assist in producing, editing and enhancing video, photography, animations and other multimedia.
• Interpret project briefs to create solutions aligned with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored creative outcomes.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all visual deliverables and channels.
• Design assets for upcoming events, programs and special initiatives, and contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions.
• Optimize content formats for different digital platforms and audiences, and oversee several projects at once on time.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into drafts and organize a library of templates, source files and brand assets.
• Monitor design, digital media and content trends, and provide extra support for broader communications projects.
