Content Producer
The Leadership Channel Institute
Job description
About the role
The Leadership Channel Institute (TLCI) supports CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, government agencies and organisations across Nigeria, Africa and the United States through executive education, certification programmes, consulting, coaching and live events. As Content Producer you will own every piece of content published: video, design, email, newsletter and the learning materials behind the programmes. You will turn raw footage of the founder into content for business leaders, and turn frameworks and programmes into videos, slides and handouts.
Key responsibilities
- Edit talks, teaching sessions and interviews into LinkedIn clips, Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube videos, with clean captions
- Write short scripts and outlines, and run simple shoots when the founder records new material
- Design carousels, flyers and one-page offer sheets from brand templates, and produce sales materials for the business development team
- Turn frameworks, sessions and workshop material into course videos, slide decks, workbooks and handouts, and check accuracy with the founder and facilitators
- Publish and schedule content on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and keep the production tracker current
- Build, schedule and send Mailchimp email campaigns, and draft and publish the LinkedIn newsletter
- Track views, watch time, open rates, clicks and enquiries, and suggest new formats to test
Required profile
- Portfolio showing real-footage editing, not just templates or AI-generated video
- Good written English, able to write captions, scripts, email copy and newsletter drafts
- Comfort reading platform analytics and explaining what they mean
- Sharp eye for errors and discipline to meet deadlines
- Nice to have: B2B leadership or education content experience, online course material experience, basic motion graphics, AI tool use, and a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Education or a related field
Required skills
- CapCut or Premiere Pro, and Canva
- Mailchimp or a similar email platform
- YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite or Buffer
What we offer
- Pay of N160,000 per month during a 3-month probation, with an opportunity for an increase once targets are met
To apply, submit through the application form with a link to your portfolio and two short clips you edited from raw footage; email campaign examples are welcome. Shortlisted candidates complete a paid 48-hour test before the final interview.
