Content Development & Scriptwriting Officer

About the role

Super Global Consulting is hiring a full-time Content Development & Scriptwriting Officer in Lagos. The role covers writing video scripts, announcements, interviews and promotional content, and producing written material such as captions, devotionals and programme descriptions. It also involves preparing interview questions, presentation outlines and content briefs, and working closely with the creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write scripts for videos, announcements, interviews and promotional campaigns.
• Develop captions, devotionals, programme descriptions and other written content.
• Prepare interview questions, presentation outlines and content briefs.
• Research topics and verify information before publication.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to turn ideas into compelling stories.
• Proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar and consistency with the church's teachings.

Required profile

• Applicants must be practising Christians with a genuine commitment to Christian values and ministry.
• Good understanding of Christian teachings and ministry communication, and ability to communicate biblical messages accurately.
• High-level integrity and professionalism.
• Residence within Agric, Ogolonto or Ikorodu Garage, Lagos State.
• A background in English, mass communication, journalism or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Minimum of SSCE, good spoken and written English, basic maths skills.
• Computer literacy and research skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity.

Remuneration is stated as NGN 80,000 per month.
