Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and content calendars aligned with brand goals and the target audience
• Produce graphics, videos, photographs, blogs, articles and social media content for various digital platforms
• Write captions, scripts, articles and promotional copy that reflect the brand's voice
• Create content that communicates the organization's identity and values
• Publish, schedule and manage content on social media while keeping audience engagement consistent
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build the brand's community
• Apply SEO best practices, keywords and hashtags to maximise reach
• Track content performance with analytics tools and recommend improvements
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new content formats and platform updates
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product and sales teams
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintain the digital content library
