Compliance Officer (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Compliance Officer to support our compliance activities on a fully remote basis. The role involves monitoring adherence to regulations and internal policies while helping to identify and manage potential compliance risks.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
- Identify, document, and escalate potential compliance risks.
- Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in compliance, risk management, audit, regulatory affairs, or a related function.
- Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
