Communications Officer

About the role

The Communications Officer will lead digital communication initiatives and strengthen the brand’s presence across social media channels. This role reports to the marketing manager and works closely with designers and PR partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital communication and content strategies on social media platforms.
• Oversee daily social media activities, ensuring a consistent brand voice and audience engagement.
• Create brand guidelines and collaborate with designers on multimedia content.
• Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and partnership development.
• Run targeted campaigns to grow audience reach and visibility.
• Track performance metrics and deliver monthly insight reports.
• Identify and manage influencer and brand partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital communications.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and current trends.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience in PR and media relations is a plus.
