Digital Campaign Specialist – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Campaign Specialist to design and run digital nudging journeys for our financial services products such as BNPL and product credit. The role focuses on driving conversion and engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute trigger‑based nudging campaigns across onboarding, KYC, eligibility, first usage, repeat usage, repayment and upsell/cross‑sell stages.
• Build and manage segmented audiences using behaviour, transaction history, risk profile and lifecycle stage.
• Create and optimise short‑form messaging for Push, SMS, WhatsApp and in‑app channels.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion %, repeat usage, repayment response) and run A/B tests to improve results.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, Collections, Design and Business Intelligence teams.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in digital/lifecycle marketing or growth campaigns, preferably in fintech, lending or payments.
• Hands‑on experience with engagement platforms such as Insider, CleverTap or MoEngage.
• Strong analytical ability using Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Proven copywriting skills for short‑form nudges (Push, SMS, WhatsApp).
