Coffee Machine Technician

About the role

ISGN is looking for a skilled Coffee Machine Technician to service both commercial and domestic coffee machines for clients in Lagos. The role involves on‑site visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring machines operate at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and domestic coffee machines.
• Perform routine servicing and emergency repairs at client locations.
• Install and test new machines to verify proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and client reports.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with the service team to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• OND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in appliance or equipment repair, preferably coffee machines.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and physically able to lift heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a service team.
