Client Service & Sales Representative

About the role

Diamond Shine is seeking a motivated Client Service & Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships for its cleaning and drone‑cleaning services. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through service selection, scheduling and post‑service support.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with current customers.
• Promote residential, commercial and specialized cleaning solutions, including drone cleaning.
• Assist clients in choosing appropriate services, arranging schedules and providing post‑service follow‑up.
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to sales targets and support overall company growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in client engagement and success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal‑oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion.
• Familiarity with Abuja’s business environment is a plus.
