Client Relationship Manager - Benin City

About the role

Flyte Technologies and Solutions Ltd, which offers software design, development, consulting and training services, is hiring a Client Relationship Manager in Benin City, Edo State. The role manages and grows client accounts and acts as the main point of contact for new and existing clients. It is a full-time hybrid position: clients are met on site in Nigeria, while follow-ups, status updates and some meetings are done remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Address client concerns and escalations
• Prepare proposals, track project progress and gather feedback
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support continuous improvement of the client experience
• Contribute to business development initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in client-facing roles within technology, consulting or professional services is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site client visits in Benin City with remote work
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices
