Client Experience Executive

About the role

The Client Experience Executive will lead initiatives to grow the customer base, boost outlet traffic and enhance profitability while ensuring exceptional service standards. This role combines strategic planning, staff development and direct customer interaction within a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies to raise the customer pool, expand outlet traffic and optimise profitability.
• Train, motivate, mentor and provide feedback to staff to meet outlet goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain outlet condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits and related metrics.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Handle staff and customer issues, including complaints and grievances.
• Participate in creating new product marketing strategies for existing and potential customers.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a retail sales representative, store supervisor, marketing executive, customer experience professional or a similar role.
• Leadership abilities and strong business orientation.
• Customer management expertise.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.

What we offer

• Salary range: NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
