Client Analyst

About the role

The Client Analyst will manage assigned client relationships, supporting experienced relationship managers across the end‑to‑end client engagement value chain. The role focuses on delivering client‑centric solutions, managing risk, and contributing to revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyse and understand individual clients and portfolio business models, strategic levers and financial metrics.
• Coordinate client service team meetings, prepare logistics, agenda and content, and translate action points into tangible opportunities.
• Compile client and portfolio information into reports, dashboards and presentations to track engagement, sales activity and profitability.
• Support credit processes, risk assessments and compliance activities, including credit applications and covenant monitoring.

Required profile

• First degree in Business or Commerce.
• 5‑8 years of experience in relationship management, client coverage and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to conduct research, analyse data and produce client‑focused materials such as pitch books and presentations.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of credit and risk concepts.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive client experiences.
