Civil Engineer – Residential Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Engineer will support planning, design and execution of residential real‑estate projects in Lekki, Lagos. Working closely with project managers, architects and construction teams, you will ensure projects meet design, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with design and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Assist in project scheduling, cost estimation and materials planning.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Document project progress and address technical issues on‑site.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and construction processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in civil/structural engineering principles and building construction methods.
• Experience with site supervision, quality control and safety compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in residential real‑estate or construction projects in Nigeria is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lekki and travel to multiple project locations.
