Civil Engineer – High-rise Construction & Façade Specialist

About the role

The Civil Engineer will oversee construction and finishing operations for high‑rise buildings, focusing on structural integrity, façade installation, and overall project quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings for building appearance and interior systems such as plumbing, ventilation, and electrical.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring innovative, functional, and high‑quality designs.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a technical team specialized in construction and finishing works.
• Guarantee safety, stability, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Supervise installation of aluminium façades, Alucobond panels, glass work, and finishing of doors, windows, and partitions.
• Develop initial cost estimates, construction timelines, and special requirement assessments.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in building finishing and construction.
• Proficiency with industry‑specific software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
