Site Manager – Ground‑Mounted Solar PV Projects

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager to lead the execution of ground‑mounted solar PV projects ranging from 2 MW to 50 MW in Nigeria. The role involves overseeing civil, mechanical and electrical works, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery in line with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of ground‑mounted solar PV projects (2 MW‑50 MW).
• Supervise civil, structural, mechanical and electrical installation activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and warehouse teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines and site productivity.
• Ensure proper installation of modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear and cabling.
• Conduct site planning, BOQ verification and material coordination.
• Oversee cable laying, terminations and grid connectivity activities.
• Maintain compliance with HSE and international quality standards.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in solar or renewable‑energy project execution.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred.
