About the role
Havana Group of Companies is looking for a Chief Financial Officer based in Enugu, Nigeria. The CFO leads the group's financial management and reporting, investor relations and fundraising, and supports strategic planning and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, payroll, treasury, audits and compliance
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, FIRS/LIRS, CAMA and IFRS standards
- Drive investor sourcing, fundraising, negotiations and investor relations
- Support strategic planning and business growth
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree and ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of finance experience
- Leadership, financial modelling and investor relations expertise
