About the role

We are seeking a proactive, analytical yet pragmatic finance professional with strong business acumen to support assigned business verticals. The Finance Business Partner acts as a bridge between finance and operations to improve profitability, maintain cost discipline, and sustain growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and re‑forecasting for teams, projects, or business units and track actual performance against plans.
• Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards, providing clear commentary on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison to business unit leads, offering objective financial guidance and linking operational teams with senior finance leadership.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, approval limits, internal controls, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
