About the role
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of Havana Group of Companies, an advertising and media firm based in Enugu, Nigeria. The CFO will oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, payroll, treasury, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, FIRS/LIRS, CAMA, and IFRS standards.
- Drive investor sourcing, fundraising, negotiations, and investor relations.
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience, preferably in senior roles.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage finance teams.
- Expertise in financial modelling and investor relations.
