About the role
The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial functions of Havana Group of Companies, ensuring robust reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This senior role partners with senior leadership to drive growth, manage risk, and support fundraising initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, payroll, treasury, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Nigerian tax laws, FIRS/LIRS, CAMA, and IFRS standards.
- Drive investor sourcing, fundraising, negotiations, and maintain investor relations.
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- ACA, ACCA or CPA certification.
- At least 4 years of finance experience.
- Proven leadership, financial modelling, and investor relations expertise.
