Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing pharmaceutical and healthcare organization with multiple locations, is looking for a visionary Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will join the Executive Management Team to shape financial strategy, protect assets, and drive sustainable growth across the head office and all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
• Lead long‑term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and present insights to senior leadership.
• Manage treasury functions, cash flow, liquidity and working‑capital optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and accounting standards.
• Drive initiatives that improve profitability, operational efficiency and shareholder value.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence executive decision‑making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Competitive net monthly salary of ₦600,000 – ₦800,000 (negotiable based on experience).
